The problem

A missed call is often a missed job.

When you're under a sink, on a roof, or with a customer, you can't always pick up. Plenty of callers won't leave a voicemail. They just call the next business on the list.

  • You're busy when the phone ringsCalls come in while you're working, driving, or already on another call.
  • Voicemail doesn't win the jobA caller with a problem wants to talk to someone now, not leave a message and wait.
  • After-hours calls go nowhereNights, weekends, and holidays are when a lot of urgent calls come in.

How it works

Live in three simple steps

No new phone system, no app to learn. We do the setup work.

1

Tell us about your business

Sign up, then answer a short list of questions: your hours, services, what to ask callers, and how to handle urgent calls.

2

We build and test it

We set up your AI receptionist with its own number and your greeting, then test it by calling it ourselves.

3

Forward your calls

We email you simple forwarding steps for your carrier. It takes about 2 minutes on your phone. Then calls you miss go to your receptionist.

Features

A receptionist that never misses a call

Everything you need to catch the calls you can't take, without hiring.

Picks up right away

When a call forwards, the AI answers immediately with a short greeting. No hold music, no voicemail beep.

Answers around the clock

Nights, weekends, and holidays. Calls that forward to it get answered whenever they come in.

Takes messages and booking details

Collects what you ask for, such as name, callback number, address, and the problem, and can book appointments if you want.

Text and email summaries

Get a text alert on your mobile and email summaries to up to 3 addresses, so you know who called and what they need.

Keep your existing number

Uses call forwarding from your current line. Forward only missed, busy, and unreachable calls, or every call.

Your custom greeting

Callers hear your business name and a greeting you approve. It answers common questions using your info.

Urgent call transfers

You define what's urgent. The AI can transfer those calls to a number you choose, during the hours you choose.

Plays by your rules

Tell it what you don't do and what it should never promise, so it can politely say no and stay on script.

Simple, honest pricing

One flat monthly price. No setup fee, no long contract, and a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first month.

FAQ

Questions, answered honestly

Don't see yours? Email michael@ninodispatch.com.

How does Nino Dispatch work?

We set up an AI receptionist with its own number and train it on your business: your name, hours, services, and the questions you want it to ask. You forward your business line to it. When a call forwards, the AI answers, talks with the caller, takes their details (or books an appointment if you want that), and sends you a summary.

How long does setup take, and what do I have to do?

Your part is small. After you pay, you answer a short list of setup questions by email. We build your receptionist and test it by calling it ourselves. Then we email you the forwarding steps for your carrier. Turning on forwarding takes about 2 minutes on your phone. After that, we test it together: call your business number from another phone and the AI should pick up.

The time from sign-up to go-live depends on how quickly we get your answers. We'll keep you posted by email.

Do I keep my existing business number?

Yes. Nothing changes about your number. You use your carrier's call forwarding to send calls to your AI receptionist. You choose one of two setups:

  • Missed calls only (most people): your phone rings first. If you don't answer, you're on another call, or your phone is off, the AI picks up.
  • All calls: every call goes straight to the AI and your phone doesn't ring.

You can turn forwarding off whenever you like. Note that for forwarded calls, the AI replaces your carrier voicemail.

Will it work with my phone and carrier?

We have step-by-step forwarding instructions for T-Mobile, Verizon, and AT&T mobile lines, on iPhone and Android. If your business line is a landline or VoIP line, tell us your provider in the setup form and we'll work out the steps with you. Prepaid lines can have different rules, so check with your carrier.

Depending on your plan, forwarded calls can use your plan's minutes or be billed by your carrier. It's worth a quick look at your plan.

What do callers hear?

A short, friendly greeting with your business name. You can write it yourself or we'll write one for you. The AI then asks the questions you picked (for example: name, callback number, address, and what they need), and it can answer common questions using the information you give us, like your hours and services. It won't quote prices unless you tell us which prices are OK to share.

The receptionist speaks English only.

Will callers know they're talking to an AI?

We don't hide it. Nino Dispatch is an AI receptionist, and we think being upfront is the right call. We'll set your greeting with you, and we recommend it introduces itself as your business's AI assistant. Most callers just want to be heard and get a callback, and that's what it's built for.

What about after-hours and urgent calls?

Your receptionist answers nights, weekends, and holidays, whenever calls forward to it. You tell us what counts as urgent for your business (for example: no heat, a water leak, a garage door stuck open). For urgent calls, the AI can transfer the caller to a number you choose, during hours you choose. If the transfer doesn't go through, it does what you've told it to, such as taking a message and promising a callback.

Nino Dispatch is not an emergency service. It must not be used for 911 or other emergency calls. Anyone with an emergency should call 911.

How do messages reach me?

After each call, you get a quick summary: who called, how to reach them, and what they needed. We can send text alerts to your mobile number and email summaries to up to 3 email addresses. You pick what works for you in the setup form.

Can it book appointments?

Yes, if you want it to. Tell us which calendar you use and your booking rules: how long a typical job takes, how much notice you need, which days and times can be booked, and your max jobs per day. We'll confirm how booking will work with your calendar during setup. Prefer to just get messages? That works too.

How much does it cost, and how does billing work?

$297 a month. No setup fee and no long-term contract. There's no free trial. Instead, your first month is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. You pay by card through a secure Stripe payment link on the day you sign up, and you're billed again on that same day each month. Sales tax is added if the law requires it. If we ever change the price, we'll email you at least 30 days before the new price applies.

How does the 30-day money-back guarantee work?

If you're not happy, email michael@ninodispatch.com within 30 days of your first payment and we'll refund your first month's $297 in full. Please tell us briefly why (a sentence is enough). We refund in full either way. The guarantee covers your first month only, is for new customers only, and is limited to one per business. Refunds go back to your original card through Stripe and typically show up in 5 to 10 business days. Read the full refund policy.

How do I cancel?

Email michael@ninodispatch.com anytime. After the first 30 days, your service runs until the end of the month you've already paid for, then it stops and you won't be charged again. We don't give refunds or partial refunds for months after the first. Call forwarding is set up on your own phone line, so you'll need to turn it off. We'll email you the simple steps for your carrier.

Are calls recorded? What happens to my callers' information?

To provide the service, call recordings, transcripts, and caller details may be stored and are processed by the third-party AI phone and software providers we use to run your receptionist. We use that information to deliver your messages and run the service, and we don't sell it. Read our privacy policy for details.

Can I change my greeting, hours, or answers later?

Yes. Your business changes, and your receptionist should too. Email michael@ninodispatch.com with what you'd like updated, such as a new greeting, holiday hours, a new service, or different questions for callers, and we'll make the change.

What if the AI can't answer a question or gets something wrong?

If a caller asks something it doesn't know, the AI takes a message with their details so you can call them back, or follows the instructions you gave it. You can also tell it what it should never say or promise. To be straight with you: the AI is good, but it can make mistakes or misunderstand a caller, and we can't guarantee every call will be answered or that you'll win more jobs. That's why every call comes with a summary, and why your first month has a money-back guarantee.

Questions? Let's talk by email.

Email is the best way to reach us. Tell us a little about your business and we'll get back to you.
